Description
Southern Railway lettered its Flexi-Vans for "Containerized Freight," and this assembled two-pack preserves that wording along with end doors. The 1/87 scale pair rounds out the Southeastern corner of any early-intermodal collection — picture them at a ramp in piedmont tobacco and textile country, or riding north behind green-and-white power. Built for layouts and dioramas rather than play.
