O scale (1:48) is the big-detail, big-presence end of the hobby — 2-rail O gauge layouts, On3 and On30 narrow gauge, and traditional 3-rail collections all draw from the same pool of parts and track. This collection gathers everything in the store built to 1:48 or 7 mm scale.
Track comes from Peco: SL-700FB Code 143 flat-bottom flex track, SL-700BH Code 124 bullhead flex track, the SL-E791FB / SL-E792FB and SL-E791BH / SL-E792BH medium-radius Electrofrog turnouts, SL-710FB rail joiners and the SL-740BH rail-built buffer stop. Kadee covers couplers with the #745 Type E and #805 / #806 metal and plastic sets plus the #812 coupler height gauge and #811 magnetic uncoupler; Caboose Industries 107R and 208S ground throws handle manual turnouts.
For detailing, Grandt Line is the deepest line here — windows, doors, tank car ends, brake wheels, link-and-pin couplers, D&RGW pushcar kits and cast-metal figures — alongside Detail Associates 50xx pewter diesel details (Pyle headlights, MU stands, fuel fillers). On the electronics side, ESU LokSound 5 L and LokPilot 5 L decoders are the Gauge 0 standard, with Digitrax DH588 / SDYH588ST 5-amp decoders and SoundTraxx TSU-4400 Tsunami2 for larger motors.
