Description
The Atlas #401 Rail Joiner Sidekick is a handheld plastic tool that lets you push rail joiners onto rails cleanly and squarely — without bending the joiner, scratching the railhead, or fumbling with tweezers. If you've ever lost a rail joiner under the workbench at midnight, you understand why this exists.
The tool works with Atlas rail joiners in all three scales — N, HO, and O — and is equally useful for code 55, 70, 80, 83, and 100 rail. Beginners find it makes the first benchwork experience much less frustrating; experienced modelers use it for repetitive joiner installs on large layouts.
