Description
The Louisville & Nashville joined the Flexi-Van experiment too, and this two-pack documents it with L&N logos, Flexi-Van placards and end doors. Introduced in 1958, these trailers rode specially equipped flatcars on removable wheels before conversion to standard 40' road service that lasted into the 1980s. The assembled models feature detailed wheels and bogies with landing gear, and make an authentic load for early intermodal flatcars such as the WalthersMainline G85 (910-5479 series), available separately.
