The Smalltown USA 6020 "Appliance Mart" is an HO scale plastic building kit from the Kitbasher series — a larger early-1900s two-storey brick commercial building (footprint 38 x 36 scale feet).
Prototype / scene: Appliance retailer with recessed front entry — works between buildings or on left/right corners, any era 1900–present.
Kit design: Injection-molded styrene in multiple colors with clear window glazing and printed window treatments. Kitbasher series offers more wall sections for customizing. Glue and paint sold separately.
