The Rapido 1084006 is an HO scale three-car set of Comet II commuter cars — cab car #6213 and coaches #6252 and #6265 — in the CDOT 1990s Scheme scheme (1998+). Connecticut DOT's Shore Line East Comets of the late 1990s and early 2000s carried a silver body with a red window band and CDOT lettering.

Designed by Pullman-Standard for NJDOT and built in volume by Bombardier from the early 1980s, the Comet is the most recognizable commuter car in North America; most are still in service today. Match them with Rapido's F40PH and P32AC-DM locomotives.
