The Rapido 1074508 is an HO scale GE B23-7 in the Ferromex Executive Scheme scheme, road number #2501 — DC/DCC/Sound with a factory-installed ESU LokSound decoder. Road-specific details: window screens and ditch lights.
GE's Dash-7 line arrived in late 1976 with dozens of internal updates over the Universal series — every Dash-7 has the wider hood section ahead of the radiators and the protruding radiator wings.
