Description
The Pikestuff 8018 "Add-on Loading Dock" is an N scale plastic building kit (30 × 40 scale feet (2-1/4 × 3 × 1-1/2 inches tall)).
Prototype / scene: Small N scale loading dock building — designed to attach to a Pikestuff warehouse or stand alone as a small freight house. 4-foot concrete foundation; building shown 16 ft tall + foundation = 20 ft total. Pre-cut door openings on side walls; cut lines for optional door/window placement on end walls.
Pikestuff design: Soft styrene with cut lines on the back side of walls for optional door and window placement. Adjustable height via cut lines: build at 24 / 20 / 16 ft (cut lines).
Kit contents: Doors, windows, down spouts, and all wall / roof parts. Glue and paint sold separately.
