The Pikestuff 8012 "Distribution Center" is an N scale plastic building kit (70 × 40 scale feet).
Prototype / scene: Modern distribution center — large warehouse with multiple loading doors on the long sides. The kind of regional distribution / cross-dock building that anchors every modern industrial park.
Pikestuff design: Soft styrene with cut lines on the back side of walls for optional door and window placement. Adjustable height via cut lines: build at 24 scale feet (fixed).
Kit contents: Doors, windows, roof-top vents, down spouts. Door openings pre-cut on side walls; cut lines for optional rear-wall doors. Glue and paint sold separately.
