The Pikestuff 8004 "Truck Terminal" is an N scale plastic building kit (30 × 80 scale feet / 2-1/4 × 6 × 1-1/2 inches tall).
Prototype: Modern motor freight terminal / truck depot — long rectangular building with loading doors on both sides. The kind of LTL cross-dock terminal that anchored every industrial park from the 1960s onward. 4-foot concrete foundation included.
Adjustable height: 24 / 20 / 16 ft via cut lines.
