The Pikestuff 8001 "Modern Yard Office" is an N scale plastic building kit (30 × 40 scale feet).
Prototype: Modern small office for a railroad yard, industrial site, or small commercial operation — N scale equivalent of HO #0016. Side walls have door / window openings pre-cut; end walls have cut lines for optional placement.
Adjustable height: 5 options via cut lines — 24 / 20 / 16 / 12 / 10 scale feet tall.
