Microscale MI-2 Micro Sol is a strong decal setting solution designed for the most difficult, irregular surfaces found on models. It completely softens the decal film, allowing it to drape down and conform perfectly to rivets, panel lines, and other surface irregularities without distortion, essentially making the decal part of the painted surface. Apply Micro Sol with a small flat brush in as few strokes as possible, then leave it undisturbed while it dries — the decal is very soft at this stage and easily damaged. One application is usually enough, but a second can be applied if needed for especially challenging surfaces.
