Microscale MI-1 Micro Set is a versatile decal setting solution that improves the application of waterslide decals. Applied to the model's surface before the decal, it uses special wetting agents to cut oils in new paint, converts the decal's adhesive to a stronger and longer-lasting bond, and slightly softens the decal film so it conforms better to the surface. The result is improved adhesion, fewer trapped air bubbles, and an invisible carrier film for the desired "painted-on" look. Brush Micro Set onto the area, slide the decal into position, blot carefully with a tissue, and allow to dry overnight before sealing with Micro Coat Flat, Satin, or Gloss.
