The modern W&LE was founded in 1990, reviving the name of the original road that ran from 1880 to 1949, and wears speed lettering in a D&RGW-inspired scheme. Headquartered in Brewster, Ohio, it operates as a Class II regional interchanging with CSX and NS across northern Ohio and western Pennsylvania. Both cars carry factory-applied Grit N' Grime weathering from Micro-Trains by Atlas.
