The KATO 20-004 is a 2-pack of N Unitrack double track straight sections, each 248 mm (9-3/4′′) long, with concrete ties on grey ballast roadbed — the full-length modern-mainline double-track piece.
Double track Unitrack: A single roadbed piece carrying two parallel sets of rails at 33 mm prototype centres — the standard Japanese-prototype double-track centerline, also matching modern North American mainline practice. Drop in as one piece; faster and more rigid than two single tracks side-by-side.
KATO N Unitrack system: Code 80 nickel-silver rail molded into a factory-attached ballasted plastic roadbed, with integrated UniJoiners.
