The KATO 10-2054 is an N scale (1/150) motorized 2-car set of the JR West Kiha 120-300 series in the Tsuyama color — stainless-steel bodies with a thick orange band and thin red stripe. These compact 16 m diesel railcars took over lightly used rural lines across western Japan from the 1990s and remain a familiar sight on the Tsuyama and Kishin lines.
