The #230 Insertion Pic is purpose-made for pressing #212 Talgo Truck Adaptors (the ones packed with Kadee 20-Series couplers) into truck coupler pockets squarely and without stressing the plastic.
One small tool, one job, done properly. If you're converting a fleet of older train-set cars with truck-mounted couplers, this pays for itself in un-broken adaptors alone. Remove the pic's protective cap before first use.
