Description
Koppel's 4-wheel, 3-1/2 yard gable bottom dump car was a mining workhorse, and this kit builds two of the 30-inch gauge version in quarter-inch scale. Grandt offered the design in 24, 30, and 36-inch gauges as items 3100 through 3102; this middle gauge suits a wide range of industrial and mining pikes. String several behind a small locomotive for a proper ore train.
