Description
The Excel pounce wheel has an aluminum handle and a 1/4" toothed wheel. Rolling the wheel across paper or a pattern perforates a line of evenly spaced holes for transferring patterns and marking. It is used in papercraft, sewing, and modeling for scribing rivet or stitch lines.
