The LokPilot 5 is ESU's benchmark non-sound decoder, delivering the same whisper-smooth, load-compensated drive as a LokSound 5 without the audio engine — perfect when you want flawless running and lighting but no onboard sound. This is the 8-pin NEM652 version for H0 and 0 models.
Its 5th-generation motor controller runs a 1.5 A load with AutoTune and silent 10–50 kHz PWM, while true multi-protocol support means it reads DCC with RailComPlus®, Motorola®, Selectrix® and M4 automatically, with ABC braking and analogue DC/AC running.
