Description
The LokSound 5 XL is ESU's most powerful sound decoder, made for Gauge I and G garden-scale locomotives. This version uses screw terminals for fast, tool-friendly wiring of heavy gauge motor and lighting circuits, and drives a high-current motor load with full load compensation and AutoTune.
The 16-bit LokSound 5 audio engine feeds a powerful amplifier able to drive large speakers (e.g. 50336/50338) to room-filling volume. Multi-protocol: DCC with RailComPlus®, Motorola®, Selectrix® and M4, with numerous high-power function outputs for large-scale lighting, smoke and servos.
