Description
The 21MTC (NEM660) LokSound 5 DCC — the pure-DCC, North-American / Australian flagship on ESU's most popular 21-pin interface. It supports RailComPlus® automatic registration and DC running, and is supplied as a “blank decoder” without a speaker or pre-loaded sound, so you can load exactly the prototype project you want (programming available on request).
With a project installed it is a full LokSound 5: ten 16-bit sound channels through a 3 W Class-D amplifier, a load-compensated 1.5 A motor controller with AutoTune, four logic/servo outputs on the 21MTC board, plus Full Throttle and ABC braking. Add an ESU sugar-cube speaker and, if desired, a PowerPack energy buffer.
