Description
This is the 21MTC (NEM660) version of the LokSound 5 — ESU's most widely-used interface, fitted to countless European-prototype H0 models. The 21-pin connector adds four logic/servo outputs on top of the LokSound 5's amplified outputs, and the decoder arrives complete with an 11 × 15 mm sugar-cube speaker and sound-chamber kit.
Inside is the full LokSound 5 system: ten simultaneous sound channels at 16-bit / 31.25 kHz, a 3 W Class-D amplifier (4–32 Ω), 128 Mbit of memory and a load-compensated 1.5 A motor stage with AutoTune. Multi-protocol DCC/RailComPlus®, Motorola®, Selectrix® and M4, with ABC/HLU braking and analogue DC & AC operation.
