Description
Dirty rail, a dead frog, one flaky wheel wiper — and your locomotive stutters mid-scene. The PX108-2 is Digitrax's compact keep-alive: 0.33 F of stored energy that rides through momentary power interruptions so the loco (and its sound) keeps moving as if nothing happened.
The PX108 is the short-body version of the Power Xtender family, giving about 70% of the holdup of the bigger PX112 in a package that fits where the PX112 won't — just 25.6 × 12.5 × 7.6 mm. It plugs straight into Digitrax Series 6 1-amp decoders with a 2-pin PX socket (DH126/DH166 families and more) or solders to the PX pads. No CVs to set, and it works across 10–18 V track power.
- 0.33 F keep-alive for Digitrax decoders with 2-pin PX socket or solder pads
- Roughly 70% of PX112 holdup in a much shorter package
- Plug 'N Play, no CV setup; operates on 10–18 V track power
