The Digitrax DCS52 is the Zephyr Express All-In-One Command Station / Booster / Throttle — the command station that generates the DCC track signal, manages all loco / accessory addresses, and serves as the central LocoNet hub for your layout.

About LocoNet: LocoNet is Digitrax's two-way control network that connects throttles, boosters, command stations, detection blocks, and signal modules across a layout — using standard 6-conductor RJ12 telephone cable. The two-way communication is what enables advanced features like transponding (knowing which loco is where), real-time slot status, and CV read-back from anywhere on the system.
