Description
Circuitron 8100 is the Remote Signal Activator — a mounting bracket and drive-cable mechanism that uses a Tortoise switch machine (not included) to remotely actuate any crossing gate, train-order board, semaphore, or other animated signal device. Like the Remote Tortoise Mount, a stainless-steel wire inside a flexible Teflon tube transmits motion from the Tortoise to the signal, allowing the machine to be hidden up to 18" away from the visible mechanism.
