Circuitron 7440-06 is a 6-pack of general-purpose 3 mm white LEDs — the everyday workhorse of model-railroad lighting. Bright enough for structure interiors, vehicle headlights, panel indicators, and most lighting jobs without overpowering the scene. Use with an appropriate current-limiting resistor (1 kΩ at 12 V is a safe starting point).
