Built on Broadway Limited's Santa Fe Blue Goose tooling, these hand-assembled brass-hybrid Hudsons wear imaginative fantasy schemes inspired by the real liveries of the same railroads — the 1947 American Freedom Train (the natural companion to BLI's 5-car Freedom Train heavyweight set) and Santa Fe's Valley Flyer. Hand-crafted brass boiler, cab and tender body on heavy diecast chassis.
This version: Freedom Train #3460, 1947 Fantasy Paint, No-Sound / DCC-Ready. The Stealth Series version is a No-Sound / DCC-Ready model that runs on DC out of the box, with a factory-installed speaker and a 21-pin interface so you can drop in the sound decoder of your choice; front and rear lights are directional, other lights are on with track power.
