Description
In the summer of 1934 New York Central J-1e Hudson 5344 went to West Albany to receive the first sheet-metal locomotive shroud in the United States and emerged in gunmetal gray with aluminum trim as the Commodore Vanderbilt. Broadway Limited's new HO run brings the streamliner back in fantasy schemes — Century Green, Pacemaker Red and Lightning Stripe — plus two USAAF warbird-inspired schemes with optional patriotic sounds and music.
