Built in La Grange, Illinois between 1945 and 1949, the 2,000-horsepower E7 was one of the most successful and recognizable passenger diesels of its era. A total of 428 cab-equipped E7A units and 82 booster E7B units rolled off the production line. The Paragon4 version delivers synchronized sound, user-adjustable smoke where applicable, and GoPack capacitors; DC and DCC compatible out of the box.
