GE's U33B of 1967 packed 3,300 horsepower from the FDL-16 into a four-axle U-boat, instantly recognizable by the flared radiator wings at the rear of the hood. The Delaware & Hudson rounded out its roster with secondhand four-axle GEs in the late 1970s, running them in its handsome blue and grey; this model depicts D&H #2924.
