Description
The Atlas #2812 is a Z-scale Code 55 #6 Right-Hand turnout — the right-hand mirror of #2811. Code 55 nickel-silver rail matches Atlas's Z-scale #2810 Super-Flex® Track for prototypical low-profile rail at 1:220.
Die-cast metal points and frog with a built-in power-routing contact tab. A built-in wire spring holds the points in position without a switch machine.
How to use
- Manually thrown by hand; no switch machine required.
- For powered operation, use a Z-scale Tortoise™ or Caboose Industries ground throw.
- DCC-friendly out of the box — frog isolated until you choose to feed it.
- Pair with the left-hand #2811 for yard ladders; join with Atlas Z Code 55 rail joiners #2814.
- Compatible with Märklin Z and other manufacturers' Code 55 Z-scale rail via standard joiners.
