Description
The Atlas #2753 is an N scale Code 80 #6 Right-Hand Custom-Line Standard turnout — a full-tie, full-length, prototype-look switch for serious N-scale layout building. Where Atlas's Standard-Line turnouts (#2700-series) have a built-in solenoid switch machine, Custom-Line Standard turnouts use a clean, full-length tie strip with a double-ended throwbar designed for under-table actuation.
Nickel-silver rail on molded black ties matches every other piece of Atlas N Code 80 trackage. The Mark IV-style frog and points provide reliable wheel-flange paths for short-wheelbase N-scale equipment.
How to use
- Drive with the Atlas Under-Table Switch Machine #65 (150-65), Tortoise™ slow-motion machine, or a manual ground throw — the double-ended throwbar lets you mount the machine on either side.
- For a powered metal frog, solder a feed to the underside frog tab; otherwise leave it isolated for DCC-friendly operation.
- Pairs with the left-hand version #2752 for facing-point yard ladders, and with #2754 (Wye) for symmetrical yard throats.
- Compatible with all Atlas N Code 80 track including Snap-Track and Code 80 flex.
