Description
The Atlas #2406 is a 6" terminal track section from Atlas's N scale True-Track® line — Code 65 nickel-silver rail moulded onto a grey-ballast plastic roadbed, with two pre-attached wire feeders ready to plug into a power pack or DCC bus, plus a snap-on Equipment Shed scenic accessory.
Code 65 rail strikes a balance between the appearance of finer Code 55 and the operational tolerance of Code 80, accepting most current N rolling stock without flange clearance issues. The integrated roadbed has positive locking tabs so sections snap solidly together and stay aligned. The included Equipment Shed dresses up the feeder location to look like a prototype trackside utility building.
True-Track is Atlas's quick-build pre-ballasted track system for permanent or temporary N scale layouts — ideal for table-top, holiday, and starter setups, fully compatible with the rest of the Code 65 True-Track range.
