Description
The 73-foot center-partition car is a specialized flatcar with a longitudinal center bulkhead designed to carry dimensional lumber, wallboard, and sheet goods upright in two stable stacks. Atlas’s 1:87 HO model captures the prototype in CP/SOO livery as road number #600373.
Detail features: separately-applied wire grabs, etched-metal walkways, accurate underframe and brake gear, free-rolling 33″ metal wheels on roller-bearing trucks, and body-mount AccuMate-style magnetic knuckle couplers.
How to use
