Description
The NSC 5277 PD is a 50-foot plug-door insulated boxcar built by National Steel Car for paper, packaged goods, and protected-cargo service. Atlas’s HO model captures the prototype in 1:87 scale in Canadian National’s CNIS (insulated service) paint scheme as road number #413039.
Features separately-applied wire detail, etched walkways, prototypically-accurate paint and lettering, free-rolling 33″ metal wheels on roller-bearing trucks, and body-mount AccuMate-style magnetic knuckle couplers.
