Description
Alumilite Amazing Deep Pour is a two-part, crystal-clear deep-casting epoxy designed for thick pours up to 2" (5 cm) per layer — river tables, encapsulations, large scenery water features and casting blanks. The 3 gallon kit is the bulk size for big projects.
Why Deep Pour: Very low exotherm lets you pour deep in a single layer without cracking, yellowing or trapping bubbles; the long 60-minute working time gives you room to mix pigments, position objects and pop bubbles. Cures to a hard, high-gloss, glass-clear finish that machines and polishes beautifully. FDA compliant (21 CFR 175.300) for food-contact surfaces once fully cured.
For model railroaders: The same properties make it a favourite for deep harbour, lake and river scenes on large layouts and dioramas — pour once, no layering, and tint with Alumilite dyes for depth.
