Description
The Woodland Scenics ST1461 Track-Bed™ Strips (Bulk Pack) gives you 36 strips of HO scale foam roadbed — enough to underlay a serious amount of main line. Track-Bed is Woodland Scenics' flexible foam roadbed system: it forms the raised, shouldered profile of prototype roadbed while quieting the roar that trains make when track is mounted directly to plywood.
Unlike cork, Track-Bed needs no pre-soaking or beveling — it's flexible straight out of the package, bends smoothly around curves without kinking, and cuts easily with scissors or a hobby knife. Install it with foam tack glue or adhesive, lay your track on top, and ballast as usual. The bulk pack is the economical choice for layout construction and club projects.
