The Smalltown USA 6012 "Helen's Country Kitchen" is an HO scale plastic building kit — a classic early-1900s two-storey brick Main Street storefront (footprint 20 x 36 scale feet).
Prototype / scene: Home-style restaurant with a recessed angled entry and corner post — designed for a right-hand street corner, any era 1900–present.
Kit design: Injection-molded styrene in multiple colors with clear window glazing and printed window treatments. Glue and paint sold separately.
