The Rapido 1084055 is an HO scale single Comet I low-door trailer coach #794 "Patriot Eagle" in the CSX Safety Train scheme (2008+). CSX's Safety Train uses an ex-Comet I coach, MCVX #794 "Patriot Eagle", in dark blue to bring hazmat and grade-crossing safety training to communities across its system.
Erie Lackawanna's 155 Pullman-Standard "Dieseliners" of the early 1970s — rebuilt by Bombardier for NJ TRANSIT in 1985–87 — are the original Comets, and this is the first time they have been offered as a fully detailed ready-to-run HO model. Match them with Rapido's U34CH and F40PH-2CAT locomotives.
