Description
The Pikestuff 8006 "Contractors Building" is an N scale plastic building kit (40 × 60 scale feet).
Prototype / scene: Combined office + warehouse layout — 12-foot tall office attached to 20-foot tall warehouse with 10×12 overhead doors. Mix of pre-cut and optional door / window openings.
Pikestuff design: Soft styrene with cut lines on the back side of walls for optional door and window placement. Adjustable height via cut lines: build at 24 / 20 / 16 / 12 / 10 ft (5 height options).
Kit contents: Doors, windows, down spouts, and all wall / roof parts. Glue and paint sold separately.
