The Pikestuff 8015 "Hughes Tool & Plastics" is an N scale plastic building kit (Office 50 × 40 + Warehouse 70 × 60 scale feet).
Prototype / scene: Industrial complex — office front (50 × 40) connected to warehouse (70 × 60). Concrete foundation with steps included. Signs included.
Pikestuff design: Soft styrene with cut lines on the back side of walls for optional door and window placement. Adjustable height via cut lines: build at 24 / 20 / 16 / 12 ft (4 height options).
Kit contents: Doors, windows, window glazing, concrete foundation, steps, signs, down spouts. Glue and paint sold separately.
