The Pikestuff 8010 "2-Story Office Building" is an N scale plastic building kit (50 × 40 scale feet).
Prototype / scene: Modern N scale 2-story office building — for a regional headquarters, industrial-park office, or main administrative building. Window glazing included.
Pikestuff design: Soft styrene with cut lines on the back side of walls for optional door and window placement. Adjustable height via cut lines: build at 24 / 20 ft (cut lines).
Kit contents: Doors, windows, window glazing, down spouts. Glue and paint sold separately.
