The MRC Tech 6 Sound Controller 6.0 (#0001201) brings the excitement of locomotive sound to plain DC layouts — no decoders required — and doubles as a DCC controller when you're ready to upgrade. One affordable, dual-mode power pack does both.
In DC mode it generates realistic horn, bell, and diesel/steam sounds for any standard DC locomotive. Switch to DCC mode and it runs and programs your DCC-equipped locos and decoders.
