Description
Celebrate one of railroading's most colourful caboose fleets on your N scale (1:160) layout with this Chessie System "Safety Program" 3-pack of 31' bay window cabooses, B&O road numbers 3035, 3714 and 3000 — one each in green, brown and blue. In 1973 and 1974, Chessie System painted a number of cabooses in vibrant colour schemes with safety-minded slogans as part of its Employee Safety Awareness Program, even running an employee "caboose spotting contest". Some of these cabooses made it onto the CSX roster in the 1980s.
