The Micro Engineering 26-002 is a pack of plastic-insulating transition rail joiners — one end sized for Code 100, the other for Code 70. Aligns the top and inside edge of the rail precisely as you cross between rail heights, while also electrically isolating the two sections (the plastic body is non-conductive).
Use: Anywhere you transition between Code 100 and Code 70 — typical at staging-to-visible-track joints, when running modern Code 70 into older Code 100 flex, or to define power districts / reversing sections without needing a separate gap and joiner.
