Description
The DPM 20300 C. Smith Packing House is an HO scale plastic building kit from DPM's 200 Series — a two-storey brick meat-packing plant with loading dock doors, tall double-hung windows and a rooftop chimney, captured in DPM's crisp injection-moulded brick texture.
Prototype / scene: The classic rail-served packing house found beside the stock pens in any Prairie or Ontario town. Spot a reefer or stock car at the dock doors, or use it as a cold-storage warehouse, cannery or produce dealer on your industrial spur.
What's in the box: 5 walls, 2 entry doors, 2 dock doors, chimney, 12 double and 6 single windows, roof material, clear window material and instructions. Moulded in tan with rust-coloured doors and windows — build as-is or paint and weather. Glue and paint sold separately.
