Circuitron 9201 is an opto-sensor (phototransistor) for use with Circuitron OD-1, OD-2, and other optical train-detection circuits. Mount the sensor between the ties of your track so an approaching train shades the sensor, triggering the detection circuit. Pairs with any visible or near-IR light source as the emitter.
