The Bowser 44167 is an HO scale ready-to-run RoadRailer in the BNSF Ice Cold Express ICEZ scheme, road number #530045 — a refrigerated RoadRailer trailer with pad-printed ends, sides and mud flaps and a silver roof.
BNSF Ice Cold Express was the railway's refrigerated RoadRailer service, running ICEZ reefer trailers in solid bimodal trains from the West Coast to the Midwest for perishables.
RoadRailers are bimodal highway trailers that ride directly on rail bogies, coupling to each other through a tongue and running as a solid unit train with no flatcars or spine cars underneath. Bowser's HO models couple the same way: each trailer links to the next, and a single Bowser #40300 CouplerMate (sold separately) is placed at the head of the string to couple the RoadRailer train to your locomotive — only one is needed per train.
