Description
The Atlas #22076 is a pair of N scale Talgo-type freight-car trucks with Accumate® knuckle couplers, sideframes detailed for the 70-ton roller-bearing prototype most common on modern North American freight equipment.
Talgo (truck-mounted) couplers swing with the truck through tight curves, helping shorter cars track reliably around N scale's typical 9¾" / 11" radii. Accumate® is body-shape compatible with Micro-Trains® Magne-Matic® and NMRA Type-E knuckle couplers and accepts magnetic uncoupling at standard track height.
Drop-in replacement for any Atlas / Atlas Trainman N scale freight car using truck-mount couplers. Engineering-plastic sideframes ride on needle-point axles — no lubrication required.
